Atlas sells a machine most buyers never see before signing. The site had to do the demo.

The robot is one compressed GLB streamed in three chunks, driven by scroll through six annotated states. Materials are baked, lighting is a single environment map, and the whole scene stays under nine megabytes.

The hard part was the phone budget. Anything over 60 fps on a four-year-old Android meant cutting geometry, not shaders.
