Legendary Figures Calendar

Upper Silesia has a long list of people worth knowing. Some historical, some legendary, most of them flattened into the same museum-plaque portrait. I wanted them shown from a different side: as characters with a temperament, not exhibits behind glass.

Every figure went through my own AI toolkit, which is where the actual work sits. Reference boards, prompt systems, retouching, and a stack of rejected frames before a face carries the right weight. Where the history and the geography disagree with each other, I picked the version with more character and left the inconsistency in on purpose.

The set had to work twice: as a calendar on a wall and as playing cards in a hand. Every plate was checked at A3 and at 63 by 88 millimetres, because a face that reads across a room can turn to mud at card size.
