Ledgerly

Ledgerly moved fast enough that the internal tools never got designed, only added to. Twelve operators spent their day in a screen nobody owned.

I shadowed the team for a week, mapped every path through a reconciliation, and found the same three decisions buried under nine clicks. The redesign puts those decisions on one row and pushes everything else into a detail drawer.

The output was a component library of 48 pieces with tokens and usage rules, so the engineering team ships new views without asking for a mockup.
