A full holiday film for Kazaro, made alone. The script first, then the storyboard, then a lead character built in AI with a complete character sheet so her face survives every cut.
I wrote the voiceover, generated the voice, built the shots, assembled the edit, and scored it with AI music and sound design. Three weeks from an empty document to a finished film.
The interesting part was consistency. Generating one beautiful frame is easy. Getting the same woman, the same room and the same light across a whole story is the job, and it is mostly bookkeeping.
